Neil started his physiotherapy career within the Premier League at Crystal Palace FC. Following many years at Palace Neil moved into a Senior Physiotherapist role within the NHS. Alongside his NHS position, he worked in private Sports Injury Clinic in south London, before joining Physioworld in June 2011.

Neil is a member of  The Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP) and the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Occupational Health and Ergonomics (ACPOHE).
