Since graduating from the University of Birmingham Lucy has chosen to specialise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and sports injury management. She provides physiotherapy support for the University of Birmingham Athletics Team and at UK Athletics events, and has also worked at the London Marathon. Lucy represented England in Cross Country and British Universities in Athletics, and was previously Under 23 National Champion in 3km Steeplechase.

Lucy is a member of  The Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP) and the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Occupational Health and Ergonomics (ACPOHE).
